A Day In The Life

There is no doubt that moving the production of Breeze Bars to a Mile Hi Co-Packer has helped the company, both of us. However, the load of the work still falls on the two of us. I thought I would give you a little glimpse into what the days look like.

Friday was filled with Breeze packing boxes of bars up for shipment out to retailers and individuals. She was up at the Rio Grande Cycling team night on Thursday and got home from FoCo at about 10PM. Up early the next day, Breeze was answering emails and sending out bars. She also had to package Sunbutter bars. Meanwhile, I was off coaching at RallySport. Breeze was in Boulder talking to a couple new retailer possibilities and then she came over to Rally for a swim. We both finished workout at 7, me out of the water and her in it and headed home, for more work.

We packaged samples and Sunbutter bars until pretty late. The next day Breeze was off to the Snow Show to help Zeal Optics and pass out samples. I went into Rally to coach, but also brought in more Sunbutter bars to replenish the cafe's supplies. After workout I was off to my brother's to give him some bars to take skiing. Then it was home to change and race into the Vic's/Peerless team ride stocked with samples for the guys. I passed them out and then headed out for 4 hours on the bike.

Meanwhile, Breeze spent the day handing out bars to retailers at the show. Thank God we have no money or she would have spent it all at the show. I think we got some interest, but if nothing else we made some good contacts. She got home around 7 at night and we decided to enjoy a night out at Mountain Sun. That night lasted exactly 2 hours. Needless to say we were asleep pretty early.

Tomorrow is a full day too. There is always something to do.
